The Third Place hosts and services two emergency accommodation PODS which provide a safe and warm space for rough sleepers to stay until they are able to be re-housed into emergency or temporary accommodation. The PODS were specially designed and built as an immediate and emergency short term solution for people in crisis, who find themselves having to sleep outside.

The PODS were funded by Pembrokeshire County Council and are part of the local authority's official homeless provision.
